TEXT MESSAGING POLICY

This Text Messaging Policy describes and governs the SMS / Text communications (“Texts”) between you and F45 Training Holdings, Inc. dba FIT House of Brands on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates operating under the F45®, FS8® and Vaura® brands (“Company,” “we” or “us”).

By submitting your mobile number or otherwise agreeing to receive Texts, you agree to this Text Messaging Policy, the Company’s Privacy Policy, its Terms of Use [links] and any other requirements of the Company’s text messaging service (“Text Messaging”). If you do not agree to these policies and terms, you must immediately cease use of Text Messaging. You do not have to agree to Text Messaging as a condition for receiving our Services or purchasing any goods offered by us.

If you provide us with your mobile number, you must be an authorized owner or customary user of the mobile number. We will send you informational or transactional Texts regarding our Services, such as appointment reminders.

If you expressly opt in to receive promotional or marketing Texts from us, you agree that Text Messaging may be sent to that number from an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS”) or other automated process.

Text Messaging may relate to your personalized services or the Company’s products, other services, discounts and promotional offers, and any updates that we think may interest you. We will only share your phone number with our other brands and our SMS provider, subject to their privacy policy.No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the stated categories in this privacy policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can cancel Text Messaging at any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the “STOP” Text to us, we will send you a Text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive Texts from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.  If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance or email [email protected].

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported and Texts may not be deliverable in all areas. If you have any questions about your data or texting plan, please contact your mobile carrier. Neither the Company nor mobile carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text Messaging is provided “as-is.”

We may update or amend this Text Messaging Policy at any time, and the updates will be effective upon posting.

WE DO NOT ENDORSE OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT ANY SERVICES, INCLUDING TEXT MESSAGING SERVICES, THAT MAY BE OFFERED BY THIRD PARTIES AND/OR INDEPENDENTLY OWNED AND OPERATED FRANCHISEES.
